Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Controller to lead its Accounting
organization and enhance financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close, compliance, and cash management while
managing local and remote teams
Streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting capabilities
to support complex revenue needs
Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team and ensure audit
readiness and internal controls
Required Qualifications
12+ years of progressive Accounting experience, with 5+ years in a
senior accounting leadership role
CPA required; public accounting background preferred
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and reporting, including subscription and
hardware revenue
Experience in ecommerce and recurring revenue business models
Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and financial
system integrations
