• Design models of high performance linear and rotary motion system dynamics.
• Develop, build, and control mechatronics hardware.
• Analyze and design solutions to machine dynamics and vibration challenges.
• Use model-based design techniques to build predictive performance models.
• Help with concept generation, error budgets, and customer concerns.What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • Master's or PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with design of mechanical/mechatronic hardware.
  • Knowledge of vibrations, dynamics, and control system modeling is ideal.
  • Experience doing finite element analysis.
  • Understanding of dynamic system modeling and feedback control systems.
  • Knowledge of MATLAB or python.
  • Enjoy hands-on challenges, collaboration, and delivering great results.
  • Experience with CAD and a passion for design.
