Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to
lead the Project Management department and manage high-profile
client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop the Project Management team while leading weekly
meetings and project capacity planning
Implement and improve PMO best practices and oversee end-to-end
project management services
Ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and manage
a small portion of projects directly
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of progressive project management experience,
primarily in website design and development
At least 7 years of experience in a digital agency or consulting
firm
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficiency with Drupal and/or WordPress, and project management
tools like JIRA or Airtable
Previous experience successfully working remotely and located in
the U.S
