Job Description
Broad Function and Purpose of Position:
The Director of Human Resources is primarily concerned with
providing strategic advice, guidance, and leadership across all
aspects of Human Resources within Automotive & Industry N. A.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the President, Automotive &
Industry, Americas and has a dotted line reporting to Executive
Vice President, Human Resources.
