Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive to lead the
delivery of services for specific accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of contracted
services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and budget
Manage client communication and conduct regular performance reviews
with clients and delivery teams
Oversee financial health of accounts, addressing any anomalies and
identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related
disciplines
5+ years of related professional experience, including 2+ years in
a management role
Knowledge of service delivery in IT outsourced environments,
including service desk and infrastructure
Understanding of sales strategies, account management, and
financial analysis
Familiarity with major service offerings and evolving technologies
in the industry
