Job Description:

A company is looking for a Welcome Specialist to support a Patient Engagement Project on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain quality standards for client programs and accurately collect information
Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills with callers
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent work-related experience
Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
Ability to maintain a designated quiet home office space for work
Must be able to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption
