Job Description:
A company is looking for a UA Producer with a strong focus on
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies for Video Networks
and Incent channels
Analyze acquisition channels to maximize performance and conduct
A/B tests
Lead and mentor a team of UA managers and analysts while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing within the
gaming industry
Deep understanding of monetization funnels and key marketing
metrics
Hands-on experience with BI tools and MMP platforms
Proven experience in team management and mentoring
B2+ English proficiency; basic Python/R and SQL skills are a
plus
