Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM and Strategy Operations Lead to
manage revenue processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of GTM operations to drive revenue
efficiently
Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to identify and
remove friction in revenue workflows
Lead automation and integration projects across the GTM tech
ecosystem to streamline operations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, or strategy
operations within a startup environment
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify
high-leverage opportunities
Hands-on experience with GTM tech stacks, including HubSpot and
automation platforms
Experience managing contractors or cross-functional teams to
execute projects
A hard worker and smart generalist, with bonus points for startup
founding experience
